About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing team at Raytheon Technologies. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supplier relationship, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of parts to Production meeting quality, timeliness, and contractual requirements regarding critical and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong relationship with critical supplier(s) to ensure they are conducting business as per contractual requirements.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with supplier to enable efficient two-way communication.
  • Lead critical topics (senior escalation), identify strategic risks, and escalate within the organization.
  • Lead negotiations in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team to drive business growth and improve supplier performance.
  • Develop business strategies and business innovations to drive business growth and improve supplier performance.
  • Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish processes for Request for Quotation bid packages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage solicitations for new program with New Product Integration team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
