Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Catering Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of catering services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 to ensure seamless execution of catering events, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and client service.
  • Oversee the management of kitchen, conference center, and coffee room inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Track sales and manage daily reports to inform business decisions.
  • Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring regular maintenance and sanitation of equipment.
  • Train and monitor staff on operational procedures for POS systems and registers to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with POS systems and registers.
