About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at TRUFFLES FINE FOODS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our catering staff and ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare and submit food order summaries to the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Catering firm
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
