About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Associate to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our pension consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services and technical support to clients, including the production and review of pension-specific calculations.
  • Develop and implement actuarial tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in the development of IT tools to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective oral presentations for clients and participate in business development activities.
  • Prepare reports and letters, and participate in other projects in the field.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience of 3 to 4 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently balance multiple demands in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to identify problems, opportunities, and alternatives, and demonstrate logical and efficient behavior with attention to detail.
  • Generates creative approaches for operational improvement and thinks creatively.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Have begun and aspire to complete and pass the courses, examinations, and work experience requirements for Fellowship in the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
