Senior Actuarial Consultant

Your Role

In this influential position, you will:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, establishing and nurturing strong connections with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored actuarial solutions.
  • Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning our firm as a leader in the actuarial consulting market.
  • Provide Strategic Consulting: Offer expert guidance on retirement plan design, funding strategies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, utilizing your deep understanding of actuarial principles and financial markets.
  • Lead and Mentor: Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 10 years of experience in pension consulting.
  • A professional actuarial designation (e.g., FCIA, ASA, or FSA).
  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives.
  • A solid grasp of actuarial concepts, financial trends, and industry developments.
  • A proven track record in identifying business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, promoting teamwork and professional development.
