Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain actuarial models to predict business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
- 2-5 years of actuarial experience, preferably in P&C, Reinsurance, and/or Consulting roles
- Dynamic Financial Analysis or Economic Capital Modeling experience a plus
- Successful completion of at least 4 Casualty Actuarial Society exams
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, think creatively, strategically, and analytically
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to understand and perform mathematical and statistical calculations
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products
- Programming/Database/SQL abilities a plus
