Medication Safety Professional Consultant
Reporting to the Professional Practice Director, this role is pivotal in enhancing medication safety across specialized healthcare programs. The consultant will be responsible for the development, execution, and assessment of strategies aimed at improving medication safety within healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Leadership : Offer expert guidance and consultation throughout various healthcare programs, fostering a culture of excellence in clinical practices. Innovate Healthcare Practices : Facilitate the integration of advanced clinical information systems, ensuring that healthcare teams leverage cutting-edge technology. Collaborate Effectively : Partner with educators, operational leaders, and clinical experts to establish ambitious practice objectives and achieve exceptional outcomes. Manage Projects : Design, implement, and supervise strategic initiatives while leading a dedicated team of project professionals. Champion Change : Act as a systems leader, promoting positive transformations and fostering clinical and academic excellence. Qualifications
A Master's Degree in a Health Sciences Discipline or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience, including two years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in facilitating inter-professional collaborative practices and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
