Empower Your Team to Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a Shift Supervisor who can lead by example and inspire their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for promoting a respectful team environment and supervising team members with open communication and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Promote a respectful team environment and supervise team members with open communication and understanding
  • Support the Management team in running a successful business
  • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation
  • Plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Flexible schedule
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
