Production Shift Lead
Working Model: Onsite
Where Innovation Takes Place...We are seeking a Production Shift Lead to oversee, guide, and train production and warehouse personnel, focusing on the efficient creation of high-quality products while upholding safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities: You Will...- Ensure the production of quality products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Lead and mentor team members during shifts. Provide training and guidance on all job functions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and continuously improve operational benchmarks while tracking production metrics.
- Take charge of departmental responsibilities, including safety inspections, audits, training, and incident reporting.
- Manage security and operational control of the facility during off shifts.
- Collaborate with operators, production staff, warehouse personnel, quality control managers, and maintenance teams to fulfill daily operational tasks.
- Experience as an Operator Level 2 in Solid Core processes and manufacturing practices.
- Ability to lead and inspire team members effectively.
- Knowledge of and compliance with legislative and corporate policies, especially regarding Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Understanding of quality standards and their significance in customer service.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to meet deadlines accurately.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to navigate a manufacturing environment, including physical tasks such as lifting and climbing.
- Effective communication skills with team members, peers, and supervisors, particularly in job instruction and quality assurance.
