The Retail Team Supervisor acts as a vital link between the management team and sales associates, facilitating the operational aspects of the store while inspiring the team to surpass objectives. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role provides essential support and coverage in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers. The Supervisor exemplifies exemplary sales and customer service behaviors consistently, fostering an environment dedicated to delivering a remarkable and positive in-store experience for both customers and employees.

To be successful, you'll need to possess:

  • Over 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting, with luxury retail experience being advantageous;
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively lead a sales team, recognized as a leader among colleagues;
  • Proven experience in managing POS systems, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
  • A genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience;
  • Ability to collaborate with others while being self-driven;
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing shifts, and holidays.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE

  • Foster a customer-centric selling culture and cultivate brand loyalty through exceptional product knowledge;
  • Collaborate with store management to implement action plans that enhance results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities;
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the leadership team that lead to increased productivity and improved store operations;
  • Assist store management in onboarding and training new associates;
  • Coach associates on customer service principles and provide constructive feedback;
  • Help resolve customer service issues;
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to optimize the efficiency of store operations;
  • Communicate individual and team performance feedback to store management;
  • Ensure that the team receives scheduled breaks and meal periods;
  • Encourage open communication on the sales floor;
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, along with any inventory tasks as directed.
