Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on customer service and conflict resolution.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
