Position Overview:

The Branch Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the branch's objectives by delivering comprehensive operational assistance and ensuring adherence to sales compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Organizes and maintains records of office activities and transactions.
  • Implements a systematic filing structure to guarantee easy access to reports, forms, and documentation.
  • Develops, updates, and manages databases to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Facilitates the coordination and processing of work orders related to equipment maintenance and warranties.
  • Oversees the inventory of office supplies and manages procurement.
  • Arranges meetings and coordinates the logistics for meeting spaces.
  • Collaborates with partners to manage changes to office premises with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Identifies and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to management.
  • Conducts various operational tasks to fulfill business objectives and meet client needs.
  • Provides administrative and operational support, including financial processing, compliance documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintains high service quality standards to foster client relationships.
  • Ensures compliance with risk management processes to protect customer assets and privacy.
  • Safeguards the organization’s assets while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
  • Completes routine tasks under supervision and escalates issues as necessary.
  • May undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge acquired through practical experience.
  • Fundamental verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic organizational abilities in a professional setting.
  • Team collaboration skills at a foundational level.
