Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at 1559778 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food service team.
Job SummaryThe Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory, sales, and waste management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
