Senior Business Analyst, Finance Systems, Enterprise Systems Technology

At CPP Investments, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team. As a key member of our Technology and Data department, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and evolving end-to-end technology solutions that enable Finance and Accounting business groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document results with subject matter experts.
- Develop strong system specifications to meet business requirements.
- Liaise with Engineers and business subject matter experts to brainstorm and document innovative solutions.
- Participate in process design meetings and translate outcomes into process documentation.
- Understand data and data flow to assist in preparing roadmaps for migration/transformation programs.
- 7+ years' experience in a related role, preferably within the investment industry.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with Technology and Data colleagues, business partners, and external vendors.
- Experience in leading complex group meetings during requirements elicitation and design sessions.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and coordinate with different teams.
- Experience with process development and solid understanding of project life cycle.
