We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at enVision Community Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to live their best lives.

Qualifications:
- No experience required
- Experience, education, or training in the Disability Sector will be considered an asset
- Core Competencies: Advocacy, building relationships, championing change and innovation, facilitating growth and development, inclusive leadership, problem-solving and decision-making, resilience, resource management, strategic thinking, valuing EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion)
- Experience working or volunteering in Human Services is an asset
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle, willingness to transport person supported required
- Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector
Additional Information:
- Wage Scale: $17.50-$20.55 per hour
- Employment Classification: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours of Work: 70 hours bi-weekly; Monday – Friday (08:30am-03:30pm / 09:00am-04:00pm)
