Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our marketing team, including preparing documents, updating calendars, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing documents, updating calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book hotels and flights as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
