Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Equest's visibility among municipal clients and stakeholders through innovative content creation.
  • Assist in brand development and support the sales team in reaching their objectives.
  • Effectively coordinate and manage various projects.

Core Duties:

  • Engage in the formulation of communication strategies.
  • Boost community engagement and audience reach via social media platforms.
  • Develop, optimize, and oversee newsletter distributions.
  • Generate monthly performance analytics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Track media coverage and public relations efforts.
  • Create diverse content for various communication channels.
  • Propose innovative ideas for enhancing employee communications.
  • Collaborate on both internal and external special events.
  • Offer guidance and support to various teams.
  • Oversee daily monitoring of tenders.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in social media tools, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Professionalism, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
