Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pre-launch, launch, and end-of-life processes for new and existing equipment
  • Direct all product launch initiatives in targeted markets
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders such as sales, product management, engineering, marketing, training, aftermarket, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and regional leadership
  • Ensure team readiness for successful commercial deployment from the outset
  • Lead the validation strategy, including Customer Acceptance Trials and commercial proof of concept
  • Maintain focus during deployment to maximize return on investment
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on business outcomes and stakeholder feedback
  • Establish a robust commercial feedback loop and adjust communications as necessary
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes, products, and services for optimal results
  • Keep business forecasts and expectations current for effective internal deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Approximately seven years of relevant experience
  • Background in a multinational organization
  • Strong passion for building business relationships
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation abilities
  • Adaptability and versatility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Fluent in English for communication with international clients and suppliers
  • Spanish fluency is an asset for additional communication needs
