About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Production Manager to join our team at CAA-Québec. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the production of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of graphic design, writing, and translation teams to meet production deadlines.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that marketing materials meet quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources as needed.
  • Evaluate internal capacity and plan for externalization of tasks to qualified subcontractors when necessary.
  • Provide counsel and support to marketing advisors on project execution, considering deadlines and available resources.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new employees to educate them on established project management procedures.
