Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Specialist who will be instrumental in promoting PolyUnity's offerings to our clients and partner entities. The successful candidate will engage with healthcare organizations to implement and expand PolyUnity's solutions, ensuring they deliver significant value and enhance patient care. Additionally, you will collaborate with strategic application partners to evaluate and define client workflows for advanced 3D printing technologies in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth transition to PolyUnity's i3D.Health digital platform.
  2. Collaborate with partner 3D printing application providers to establish client solution workflows and onboarding methodologies.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to engage with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors, fostering collaboration and managing expectations effectively.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of PolyUnity's solutions and product offerings.
  6. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  7. Drive customer engagement and utilization of PolyUnity's solutions, identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
  8. Provide regular updates and insights on customer success metrics, utilizing data to inform strategies and enhancements.
  9. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for necessary resources and conveying important product feedback to the product team.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer success and healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (degree preferred).
  2. 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  3. Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  4. Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges within the healthcare industry.
  5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Experience in project and/or change management (healthcare-related preferred).
  7. Strong presentation skills with the capability to engage at all organizational levels, including C-level.
  8. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Proficiency in customer success software and tools.
  10. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
  11. A positive attitude and a commitment to the success of the entire team are crucial for this role.

Desirable:

  1. Prior experience or interest in 3D printing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  2. Familiarity with strategic technology partnerships.
  3. Experience in training for technical or software-based solutions.
  4. Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
  5. Experience in early-stage technology companies is a significant plus.
