Job Summary

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to join their team in the Grande Prairie area. As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control oil and gas production processes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operator position working with gas and compression along with oil.
  • Valid safety tickets (H2S Alive, Standard First Aid) and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • A disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in both a team and individual environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
