Job Summary

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to join their team in the Grande Prairie area. As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control oil and gas production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections of well sites and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operator position working with gas and compression along with oil.
  • Valid safety tickets (H2S Alive, Standard First Aid) and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • A disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
