Job Summary

The primary objective of the Head of Change Delivery in Business Client Services (BCS) at Royal Bank of Canada is to drive transformational change initiatives within the capital markets operations division.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations remain agile and responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex change initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and manage budgets to support change initiatives
  • Measure and report on the success of change initiatives
