Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Change Leader to join our team at Scotiabank in Toronto. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of clients from local platforms to our global platform across multiple countries.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive change and transformation within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Client Transition & Change Management, and local teams to develop and implement change management strategies that ensure seamless transitions for clients migrating to the global platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to standardize communication and training material across regions
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are well-equipped to support the transition process
  • Assess the impact of client transitions on internal teams and clients, identifying and mitigating change-related risks
  • Develop and implement feedback loops to gather insights from stakeholders
  • Work in collaboration with the Client Experience and Lifecycle team to gather client feedback
  • Collaborate with communication teams to ensure clear, timely, and tailored change-related communications
  • Support the incident management process by addressing transition-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Track and report on key change management metrics, including communication effectiveness, training uptake, and client adoption rates
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role within financial services
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
