About This Role

Golf Town is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Softlines Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for serving customers and creating a positive store environment.
  • Motivate and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Ensure departments are well-maintained, re-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Implement and maintain Health and Safety policies and programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Affinity for luxury golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
  • Prior merchandising and planning responsibility required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to customer service.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Internet.
