Retail Sales Manager

Ajooni Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare Reports: Generate sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
