Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2659402 Ontario Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with our company's sales strategy and customer needs.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving customer engagement and sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager who possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth, so we require someone who is goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales management role
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, excellent oral and written communication skills
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
