Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at Gulhatim Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail sales team. Your leadership will ensure that our staff is well-trained and motivated to meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset
Work Environment
  • Setting: Retail service establishment and retail business
  • Environment: Non-smoking
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and team members
  • Assign specific duties to sales personnel
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills
  • Authorize merchandise returns and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules to optimize team performance
  • Engage in selling merchandise and achieving sales goals
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively
  • Organize and maintain stock levels
  • Oversee cash management and financial transactions
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
