- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
- Document Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for client documents and case files.
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
- Financial Administration
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Office Administration
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 month of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
