Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute verification work using available tools and stay up-to-date on new services, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Acquire necessary consent documents for requested verifications.
  • Understand clearly the nature and limits of the mandate given by clients.
  • Conduct regular monitoring according to customer needs and answer their questions in a timely manner.
  • Provide results to clients and offer additional avenues of research if necessary.
  • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls to complete verifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards of privacy and security, as well as meeting client service deadlines.
  • Work with team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Refer to team leaders for advice, answers to questions, and notification of problematic situations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and Education:

  • Degree from a recognized college or high school in Canada.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Typing ability of at least 30 words per minute.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including web and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate research results.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to work both in a team and individually.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
