Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, and human resources.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Basic security clearance.
- MS Office, MS Outlook, Quick Books, and Google Drive proficiency.
- Experience with accounting software and information management systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The Administrative Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
