We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Director will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing budgets. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, and human resources.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Basic security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, Quick Books, and Google Drive proficiency.
  • Experience with accounting software and information management systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment:

The Administrative Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
