Financial Director

LC Residence Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our administrative services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in managing budgets, coordinating administrative services, and supervising a team of 5-15 people.
The Financial Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a valid driver's license. They will also be responsible for preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, and assisting in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative services
- Evaluating the operations of a department providing administrative services
- Managing the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
- Managing the operations of a department providing several administrative services
- Assisting in preparing annual budgets
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
- Directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
- Directing and controlling corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established
- Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff
- Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Assisting in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
