Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in administrative services
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and coordinating administrative services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience with accounting software and database management
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
