Job Title: Financial and Administrative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Administrative Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Financial and Administrative Director will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing budgets. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring and training or arranging for training.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Quick Books, and other administrative software.

The Financial and Administrative Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
