As a Building Superintendent Couple, you will be responsible for maintaining the building\'s appearance, ensuring cleanliness of common areas, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include:

\u2022 Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Maintain building appearance, daily inspection, and ensure cleanliness of entrance and exit of building, all common areas & corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance.

\u2022 Customer Service/Resident Relations:

  • Collect rents and complete deposits in a timely manner.
  • Respectfully address all Resident questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Always maintain positive relations with all residents.
  • On-call support for after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis.

\u2022 Safety:

  • Always ensure resident safety and security.
  • Promptly respond in a professional manner to all emergencies and document accurately.
  • Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent any incidents.

\u2022 General:

  • Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as custodian, environmental services, commercial cleaning an asset.
  • Lift lb, operate or willing to learn, to operate industrial vacuums & cleaners.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, dependable, and respectful.
  • Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent position.
  • Salary: $, - $, annually.
  • Additional Benefits: Includes a large -bedroom, -bathroom, ground-floor live-in suite as a taxable benefit.

Work Schedule:

  • hour shift.
  • On call rotation.
