Job Title: Building Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at Wave Cleaning & Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
Work Environment:

The Building Superintendent will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
