Restaurant Operations Manager

At Carisma Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food and beverage servers.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
