Primary Duties:
- Deliver outstanding customer service as the Receptionist
- Professionally welcome and assist residents and visitors
- Help manage the ordering and tracking of office supplies
- Handle inquiries and accurately direct phone calls
- Assist the marketing department with various administrative responsibilities
- Ensure the security of the Residence by monitoring all incoming and outgoing individuals
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support the planning and execution of programs, activities, and special events
- Foster effective communication with colleagues and residents
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures
