As a Commercial Truck Operator at NT CASH CARRY, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Plan or modify routes based on real-time conditions using navigation technology to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other essential equipment.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all vehicle aspects are in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
- Secure cargo effectively and ensure its safety throughout transportation.
- Must be bondable.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility in work hours and tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
