We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Winter Maintenance team at Colas. As a key member of our maintenance division, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including skid steers and front-end loaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including skid steers and front-end loaders
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and complete maintenance records
  • Assist in winter operations and provide support to the maintenance team as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience operating heavy equipment, particularly with a loader
  • G License and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Mechanically inclined
