Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Winter Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including skid steers and front end loaders.

You will perform routine maintenance checks, fluid level checks, and conduct minor repairs to ensure optimal performance. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including skid steers and front end loaders
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and fluid level checks
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in winter operations as needed
  • Perform daily equipment logs and maintenance records
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience operating heavy equipment
  • G License and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Mechanically inclined
