Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented supervisor to join our Member Experience team at Movati Athletic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a delegate to the Experience Manager, providing coaching and motivation to staff to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Match new members' unique needs, interests, and goals with the right Club products, services, and people.
- Resolve member concerns and ensure a welcoming experience for all members and guests.
- Work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, afternoons, and weekends.
We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ years of sales experience. You should be able to articulate how you have achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences.
