About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Collage HR. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our organization, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional services to clients
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

What We Offer

Collage HR offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $225,000 - $240,000, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
