Traffic Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic control systems, preparing and submitting reports, and coordinating with staff to achieve optimal productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Traffic Control Systems: Ensure the smooth operation of our traffic control systems, including computer equipment and machinery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure optimal productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
