Traffic Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd.
Job Summary:The Traffic Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic control systems, including preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Maintenance: Prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
- Accurate: Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
