- Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
