Traffic Control Manager

Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd. is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic control systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports on traffic control operations and maintenance.
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory of traffic control equipment and supplies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handling heavy loads and equipment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Accurate and reliable in all aspects of work.

- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.

- Analytical and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour work week. English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
