Traffic Control Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Operations Manager to join our team at Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic control systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on traffic control operations and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure all traffic control equipment is properly maintained and functioning within specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any equipment issues.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Logistics and Inventory
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of traffic control operations, including material and equipment requisitioning.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including management and staff.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as law enforcement and emergency services, to ensure seamless traffic control operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to handle heavy loads.
Language and Work EnvironmentThe primary language of work is English. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be a team player.
