About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Guest Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns to ensure that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at our resort.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment

As an Executive Housekeeping Manager at Mountain View Resort & Suites, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work a 40-hour week and may be required to work overtime during peak periods.
