Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Make beds and change sheets as needed.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client focus.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
